Prior to shopping at the Outlet Collection, I ate lunch at Los Cabo’s. The service was great, I ordered menudo and it was delicious. I highly recommend if you are in Auburn or going shopping at the Outlet Collection to have a meal at Los Cabo’s.

I've never ordered here before, but tonight was a rough night. Our power was out at our house and my husband and I have 2 children. We were figuring out what to do for dinner, possibly getting a hotel room, driving around figuring out what to do for the night. Well, my husband knows I love Mexican food and Nachos (I LOVE NACHOS). The kids got some fast food and I called Los Cabos for some nachos for pick up. The man on the phone was SO friendly. He was SO nice. Like I had made the best choice in ordering my nachos. THEY WERE FABULOUS. Our power turned back on thankfully, and when we pulled up to pick up my food he had it ready to go with a big smile. When we were having an off night, Los Cabos made it better with kindness and amazing food. SO thank you. Its appreciated. I highly recommend!!! And to the man working around 7:20 Thursday jan 14th. Thank you sir. You rock!

This place is great - it honestly should be rated higher than 4.1. They are amazing at what they do - lots of really good Mexican food. Is it the very best Mexican in the Auburn area? The fanciest? I'm not saying that, but it was darn tasty and the atmosphere was comfortable. I had the chicken/beef fajitas - YUM! The 32 oz Cadillac margarita was very tasty. My 5 year old son got to take his cool water cup home. Will definitely go here again when we want delicious, fast Mexican food!

Recomend the food and drinks as well as the atmosphere. The bar tender Ramon is great and makes the best margaritas in the area. My family and I have been going here for a few years and will continue for many more.
